Q: When will I receive my order?
A: All Purzauto parts will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 7 business days. This allows for 2 business days of order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping. For faster service, Purzauto offers Accelerated Delivery on non-freight items within 4 business days for an additional charge. You will see shipping options and prices after you add the product to the shopping cart.
Q: Where will my part be delivered?
A: Purzauto can ship your part to any commercial or residential address. Freight items can’t be delivered to apartments or a P.O. Box. Freight carriers charge an additional fee of $150 for residential deliveries. To keep your shipping cost low and ensure faster delivery, we highly recommend you choose a commercial address.
Q: When can I get my tracking number?
A: Purzauto processes your order and schedules shipping within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Shipping companies will be able to provide a tracking number 24 hours after your order has been picked up from the warehouse. Please allow 3 business days from processing the order to obtain a tracking number from the designated shipping company.

A: If you're not satisfied with your purchase you may return the part for refund within 30 days of the delivery date subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs. Parts must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. A return authorization must be obtained from our sales or customer service department to ensure it is returned to the correct warehouse.
